As the Founder of Smartnosis, Kyle is leading the charge to modernize athlete safety across all sports. His work sits at the intersection of health, technology, and education—bringing together data-driven insights, user-friendly design, and scalable systems to address one of the most urgent issues in sports today: concussions.

Gerardo Huerta is an experienced technical and operations leader with a strong background in product development, systems implementation, and cross-functional execution across global environments. He brings deep expertise in building scalable platforms, managing complex workflows, and translating real-world operational needs into intuitive digital solutions. 

Jerome P. Lisk, MD, MBA, MS, FAAN is a dual board-certified neurologist and digital health leader with over 20 years of clinical experience at the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and patient care. Dr. Lisk is widely recognized as a key opinion leader in both clinical neurology and digital innovation, advising biotech companies and serving as a senior medical advisor across emerging health technologies. 

Paul Wallace, MD, MPA is a nationally recognized physician and pioneer in sports safety and concussion management, with decades of frontline experience in high-impact athletics. A longtime ringside physician with over 30 years of service, Dr. Wallace has played a critical role in protecting athlete health across boxing, MMA, and other contact sports, helping shape modern standards for injury assessment and neurological safety. 

Rose Gracie is a respected figure within the global Brazilian jiu-jitsu and combat sports community, carrying forward the legacy of one of the most influential families in martial arts history. With deep roots in athlete safety, training culture, and the evolution of combat sports, she brings both credibility and lived experience to the intersection of sports and health technology. 

Jonathan A. Schleimer, MD is a board-certified neurologist and nationally recognized expert in sports neurology and neuromuscular medicine, bringing over three decades of clinical and applied experience to concussion care and athlete safety. Dr. Schleimer has served as a neurology consultant to the NFL and NFL Players Association for nearly two decades, a ringside physician for professional combat sports, and a member of the California State Athletic Commission safety panel.
